Job Description





The Food and Beverage Supervisor will supervise Food & Beverage personnel for each designated shift, and provide a solid customer service base for Food and Beverage operations. Insures a high quality of Food and Beverage experience for all guests through continuous training of service staff and open communication with all support departments.   Seeking to fill two supervisory positions in Food and Beverage. 


 2-3 years experience in food & beverage management. Excellent guest service skills, strong interpersonal and time management skills.


  • Assigns employee responsibilities and monitor services for effectiveness.
  • Monitors customer service and resolve complaints.
  • Recommends staffing and scheduling based on department and shift needs.
  • Maintains clean-as-you go policy in all work areas. Delegate specific jobs or duties to employees and follow up on operational standards.
  • Assists Food and Beverage Manager with education/training and employee evaluations.
  • Prepares required reports (daily, weekly, monthly and counseling).
  • Communicates with other departments to coordinate activities and promote effective interdepartmental relations.
  • Hands on position requiring 90% of shift “on the floor” with guests and team members.
  • Must be knowledgeable on all health department regulations.
  • Must have valid food handler’s permit and be Serve Safe certified.
  • Must have valid title 4 training and Management training.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.


 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

  1. Sit for 1-33% of work day.
  2. Computer use 1-33% of work day.
  3. Stand, Walk, Reach, Twist and Climb Stairs for 67-100% of work day.
  4. While working on casino floor, employee is exposed to high level of second hand smoke and noise daily.
