Job Description


  • Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Recites complete list of beverage selections
  • Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practices prudent portion control
  • Inputs and controls ordering through the register. Maintains accountability during transactions and provides receipts to guests for all beverages served
  • Prepares the bar for next shift, bringing all fruit and supply levels back to par
  • Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays
  • Frequently checks on and entertains guests
  • Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to guests and servers
  • Abides by all State, Federal and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Responsible for ordering necessary supplies
  • Completes assigned side work
  • Must be knowledgeable on all health department regulations
  • Must pass math exam
  • Must have valid title 4 training certification
  • Performs other related duties as required
  • Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check)
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test


  • High School Diploma/GED Preferred
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in hospitality required
  • Bartending experience required.
