Job Description


Required to work as a team member with all food and beverage employees. May be assigned in various areas depending on business needs. Responsible for stocking beverage stations, filling ice machines, maintaining cleanliness of restaurant outlets and casino floor. Responsible for maintaining glassware and dish carts in various outlets. Maintains work stations, beverage stations with appropriate supplies. Continually provides the guest with a clean and standard table top and chairs. Helps maintain the cleanliness of the carpet and flooring. In the event of assignment in the poker room, will work with the poker room wait staff to respond to guest requests. Will prepare set ups at the poker table for guests.


Minimum of 1 year of restaurant, warehouse or hospitality experience



  • Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, casino guests, servers and restaurant host/hostess
  • To ensure proper set up and maintenance of service station, tables and common areas thought-out all dining rooms.
  • To ensure that all silverware, glassware, flatware are polished, stocked and set to service standards.
  • To ensure sufficient set ups for service station, including silverware, china, sugar, creamers, iced tea, coffee according to business levels.
  • Responsible for ordering necessary supplies.
  • Completes assigned side work.
  • Must have knowledge of all safety and health procedures as mandated by state and federal law and FMC policies and procedures.
  • Must have valid food handler’s certification and HACCP training.
  • Must have valid title 4 training.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

  • Bend, climb, crawl, hear, reach, see, stoop, twist and walk for 67-100% of work day.
  • Eye/hand coordination and wrist motion for 67-100% of work day
  • Crouch and work in wet conditions for 34-66% of work day.
  • While working on casino floor, employee is exposed to high level of second hand smoke and noise daily.
