Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

  •  Responsible for assisting guests by providing accurate information and helping them with needs such as directions, brochures, etc. in order to make their stay enjoyable
  • Assists guests with their mail and messages
  • Assists with any plans or arrangements the guest intends to make during their stay
  • Makes reservations for the guests
  • Arranges transportation for the guests
  • Provides accurate information about Resort, Golf, Casino, Adventures, etc.
  • Assists guests with requests, such as flower delivery, birthday celebrations in the restaurant, etc.
  • Follows department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Other duties as assigned 
  • Must be able to sit, stand, see, hear, stoop, twist and walk
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of thirty (30) pounds

  EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Concierge for similar size Resort
  • Computer literate in the Microsoft Office Suite, fax machines, copiers, and scanners
  • Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Familiarity with local area attractions helpful
