Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:       

Under the direction of the Front Desk Clerk II, the Front Desk Clerk is required to perform front desk duties, communicate with customers, operate office machinery, and have an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills.  This position also requires the ideal candidate to communicate with customers, employees.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:           

  • 1 year minimum front desk and/or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

 

REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES: 

  • Attention to detail and excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Answer telephones, take accurate and precise messages.
  • Attend to the Refreshment bar for guests.
  • Daily and annual cleaning.
  • Receive and dispense mail and delivered packages to guests.
  • Monitor the fitness room and clubhouse.
  • Operate office machines, i.e., including photocopier, scanner, telephone, and voice mail systems.
  • Ability to follow instruction, policies and procedures and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Understand and follow safety/security practices.
  • Work a flexible schedule as business needs demand, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced manner with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

 

WORK CONDITIONS: 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

  •  Bend, crouch, reach, sit and walk for 34-66% of work day.
  • Eye/hand coordination and wrist motion for 34-66% of work day.
