  • Under the direction of the Director of Finance, assists with the completion of monthly and quarterly financial and operating reports, participates in ad-hoc projects and analysis, and updates and maintains the relevant databases contained within the Financial Analysis Department. 
  • Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Guides costs analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Provides trends and forecasts
  • Explains processes and techniques
  • Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances and identifying trends
  • Recommends actions to management
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis
  • Study proposed changes in methods and materials
  • Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications
  • Coordinating information requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present statistical data in terms that are relevant and actionable.
  • Ability to synthesize information into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.

  • Be able to work with other areas of Finance and Operations.
  • Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects with varying degrees of priority, as well as working independently on projects from conception to completion
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.



  • College Degree (or in process) in General Business, Marketing or Accounting.
  • Minimum two (2) years Casino industry experience as either (1) Operations Analyst; (2) Slot Analyst; (3) Marketing Analyst; (4) Payroll Analyst; or (5) Business Analyst.
  • Proven expertise with spreadsheet, report writer, and database software.
