Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

  • Upholds a high level of customer service by projecting a friendly, pleasant atmosphere for customers.
  • Performs various job duties relating to soliciting and processing customer applications, producing membership cards and maintaining the club data base.
  • Must fully understand and explain in detail the terms and conditions of the players club to all members.
  • Responsible for promoting and advising customers of upcoming club promotions and casino calendar activities.
  • Must be knowledgeable in all areas of club activities to include: games, session schedules, rules, regulations, club and casino functions.
  • Must be able to operate telephone systems, computers and various other office equipment.
  • Encodes and embosses membership cards
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to rely information clearly and concisely: present ideals, facts and technical knowledge effectively
  • Prepares and distributes various reports on a daily basis
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers and supervisory personnel
  • Ability to perform job effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment.

  • Must be able to work in a Casino (smoking) environment
  • Available to work varied hours/days, including holidays and weekends
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, lift in excess of 50 pounds, and push or pull 100 pounds

 EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of one-year customer service experience required
  • Casino experience a plus.
