Job Description


  •  Over sees operations of the Fortune Club.
  • Establishes collateral for payment to hosts/hostesses under the direction of the Marketing Director
  • Performs various assigned duties relating to promoting department events, activities, and special promotions
  • Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of slot promotions, rules, regulations and club operations
  • Coordinates with other enterprise departments and managers regarding guests’ requests as needed. Ability to effectively communicate with We-Ko-Pa resort regarding patrons requests for overnight stays
  • Must have customer service management experience and possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, meet attendance standards and work long hours when necessary.
  • Trains and ensures staff adherence to policies and procedures at all times.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to exchange information clearly and concisely; present ideas, facts and technical knowledge effectively.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Establishes and maintains a high level of customer service.
  • Prepares, organizes, analyzes, and distributes various club and transportation reports
  • Ensures all department information is accurately and confidentially maintained
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older


Associates/Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 plus years of marketing experience
