Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk Department and Guest Service areas
  • Ensure that front desk and communications meet hotel standards for maximum guest satisfaction
  • Act as the main contact for guests and other hotel departments.
  • Must have excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills.
  • Must have effective conflict resolution and Service Recovery abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
  • Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in English (read, write, speak)
  • Performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High school or equivalent education strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 Years Hotel Front Desk Experience required.
  • 1-3 Years Hotel Supervisory Experience required.
