Job Description


  • Responsible for all operations in the kitchen including, but not limited to managing and training all the kitchen staff, food purchasing and preparation, managing all special orders and catering operations.
  • Responsible for consistency and high quality of all food products coming into the establishment and plates leaving the kitchen.
  • Prepare menu and recipes.
  • Responsible for organization and cleanliness of all areas and aspects of kitchen. 
  • Responsible for organization, cleanliness and receiving of all food storage areas. Ensure proper rotation of all ingredients to prevent food waste.
  • Inventory Control.
  • Must be willing to work on unscheduled days, work long days, or not have consecutive days off.
  • General knowledge of profit & loss concepts.
  • General knowledge of commercial kitchen operations required.
  • Must be able to function under limited supervision.
  • Must have Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card and/or ServSafe Certification.
  • Able to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Performs other related duties as required 
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test


  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • 3 years of experience as a cook
