Job Description


Responsible for promoting, recruiting and communicating to the premium players in and for the casino. Meets with revenue managers on a bi-weekly basis (or as required) to discuss/review needs of each department' VIP's. Attends all VIP functions and parties. Coordinates with club regarding VIP's that are currently in the casino. Coordinates with slot department and actively works the slot floor recognizing VIP's. Also aids in other gaming revenue venues (poker, blackjack, keno, bingo) to recognize what needs there are for fortune club. Recruiting players for membership in fortune club a priority. Coordinates reservations list with marketing manager for reports on the VIP's. 


8 Years of Customer Service/Marketing Experience. 


    • Directs VIP staff and call center representatives to ensure that VIP club members and potential customers are being reached in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
    • Ensures completion of the bi-weekly report to director of marketing operations summarizing activities (parties events attended, off property contacts, recruiting/enhancement ideas).
    • Must have detailed knowledge of all casino promotions and assist in enhancing player's awareness of same. Must be able to work in a casino (smoking) environment.
    • Must generate enthusiasm with current clients/guest.
    • Activities of Manager of VIP player services is critical to long term success of casino.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by the director of marketing operations.
    • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
    • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
    • Must be 21 or older. 


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: 

  1. Walk for 67-100% of work day.
  2. Eye/hand coordination for 34-66% of work day.
  3. Sit for 34-66% of work day.
  4. While working on casino floor, employee is exposed to high level of second hand smoke and noise daily.
