QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

  • Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way

  • Maintains controls to ensure media expense(s) is reviewed against budgeted amounts
  • Under direction of Marketing Director will create required purchase orders/check requests.
  • Performs necessary filing
  • Types proposals/memos as required.
  • Performs general secretarial duties for Marketing.
  • Under the direction of the Marketing Director, responsible for completion of Human Resources documentation as required.
  • Places advertisements with the various media used by the department, based on directed placement criteria.
  • Performs post-analysis of media buys
  • Must possess extensive knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are being adhered to
  • Must possess strong computer knowledge and user abilities
  • Responsible to review and process invoices from all media sources, insuring that billings were accurate against placement orders
  • Exercises sound judgment in the activities in order to verify and control all media expense of the property
  • Must present professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check)
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Performs other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

4 years of administrative/ marketing experience required
