Job Description



The Poker dealer is responsible for all aspects of dealing various games, while providing friendly and professional service to each guest. The Poker dealer is responsible for maintaining the ambiance, integrity and productivity of their table and taking an active part for the same in the Poker Room.




Attended or completed an accredited dealer school and /or previous dealing experience working in a casino is preferred.




  • Deal and conduct the game in accordance with departmental rules and procedures.
  • Ability to handle cash and chip transaction accurately and efficiently.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Collect the revenue accurately in accordance with department procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Must pass a math test.
  • Must possess the ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.



      While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:


  1. Balance, bend, hear, reach, see, stand and twist for 67-100% of work day.
  2. Work in cramped quarter for 67-100% of work day.
  3. Eye/hand coordination and wrist motion for 67-100% of work day.
  4. Sit and walk for 1-33% of work day.
  5. While working on casino floor, employee is exposed to high level of second hand smoke and noise daily.
