  • Responsible for managing onsite and offsite marketing activities including promotions, concerts, VIP events, organizing giveaways, staffing and signage and logistical management of such events.
  • Manages the entertainment program to help drive revenue
  • Exercises considerable judgment and initiative when reviewing and evaluating department needs, specifications and requests.
  • Works effectively with each department manager to ensure that the casino is reaching our customers to initiate repeat business.
  • Responsible for department budget expectations.
  • Responsible for organizing, implementing and creating visual displays and all in house promotions themes.
  • Coordinates and develops current and future promotions.
  • Supervises promotional employees in these promotional activities.
  • Responsible for promotions folder maintenance, per-forma and post-forma for events and promotions.
  • Must be knowledgeable in all areas of casino promotions, entertainment and customer incentives.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exercises sound judgement in the sales and public relation activities in order to enhance the image of the property and stimulate business for the Gaming Center
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holiday when needed.
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 lbs and push or pull 100 lbs
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and 5 years of Marketing Experience
