Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

 

  • Must have excellent communication skills and provide 4 diamond guest services during all banquet events.
  • Must maintain the We Ko Pa way service culture through positive communication and a commitment to excellence with banquet team.
  • Work collectively with the back of house and front of house team members to provide excellent execution for all events
  • Responsible for serving/expediting food & beverage service
  • Assists all guests and Guests Services staff during events
  • May be the guest contact for additional items, must always follow through to ensure guests needs have been met and exceeded
  • Assists all banquet events including setting the events, serving, clearing, crumbing the tables, if needed
  • Performs other related duties as required. 
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- High School/Diploma or GED preferred

- A minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred in a 4 or 5 diamond property.

- Must have a unexpired Maricopa County Food Handlers Card

- Must have the ability to speak, read, write and communicate in English openly

Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes.  To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.
