Must be able to obtain a gaming license to work here. Two years a la carte, cocktail, bartending and restaurant service required.


  • Retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to food and beverage specifications, courteously and efficiently.
  • Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to casino guests.
  • Maintains current and accurate information regarding drink menu (i.e., pronunciation, preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients and plate presentation).
  • Maintains work area to include side station, serving equipment (cart, tray, etc.), and assigned section of casino floor. (removing empty glassware, ashtrays and misc. trash)
  • Follows all cash handling and gaming guidelines.
  • Knowledgeable in all liquor and wine service along with all state laws pertaining to sale and service of liquor and alcoholic beverages.
  • Completes assigned side work.
  • Must be knowledgeable on all health department regulations.
  • Must have valid food handler’s permit.
  • Must have valid title 4 training.
  • Must pass exam.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

  • Balance, bend, reach, stand 67-100% of work day.
  • Hold/carry, stoop, twist and walk for 67-100% of work day.
  • While working on casino floor, employee is exposed to high level of second hand smoke and noise daily.
