QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

  • Must have working knowledge of the slot floor procedures.
  • Responsible for processing/payment of jackpots and handpays.
  • Responsible for verification and handling of all monies in conformance with operational procedures.
  • Responsible for continually rotating throughout section assisting customers with various minor machine problems, ticket issues and customer needs.
  • Executes general maintenance to the slot machines.
  • Required to continuously rotate in assigned section during shift.
  • Assist the Slot Shift Manager as required.
  • Must have strong math skills.
  • Must possess strong detail orientation and have excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced manor with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be able to perform other related duties as required.
  • Must be able obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Must be able to work in a Casino (smoking) environment.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or carry in excess of 30 lbs.
  • Must be efficient, accurate, and professional when performing duties
