Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

  • Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way

    • Thank you and Goodbye
  • Works as part of the spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of guest service, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
  • Coordinates opening and closing schedules for staff and attendant’s contingent on business demands.
  • Monitors provider’s schedules and makes changes contingent on business demands.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate the spa team. 
  • Ensures all guest challenges have been resolved in a timely manner and management is made aware of the situation.
  • Works closely with the Manager of Guest Relations to communicate spa goals and objectives, policies and procedures, prices and relevant information to the spa team.
  • Able to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Guest Relations.
  • Books and confirms appointments, greets guests, provides tours, beverages and checks in and checks out the guests.
  • Motivates the spa team to up-sell, cross-sell and pre-sell services and products by creating incentives with Manager of Guest Relations to increase revenue sales.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Certification from an accredited school of esthetics as accepted by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology is required
  • 3 years of supervisory experience required
