QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

  • Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, bussers and restaurant host/hostess.
  • Maintains current and accurate information regarding menu (i.e., pronunciation, preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients and plate presentation).
  • Suggests items to guests based on expressed guest preference. Up-sells appetizers, beverages, desserts in accordance with restaurant service standards.
  • Follow all cash handling and gaming guidelines.
  • To ensure proper set up and maintenance of service station, tables and common areas thought-out all dining rooms.
  • To ensure that all silverware, glassware, flatware are polished, stocked and set to service standards.
  • To ensure sufficient set ups for service station, including silverware, china, sugar creamers iced tea, coffee according to business levels.
  • Knowledgeable in all liquor and wine service along with all state laws pertaining to sale and service of liquor and alcoholic beverages.
  • Deliver prepared food to the appropriate guest within three minutes of completed production of order.
  • Assists as necessary, in bussing, cleaning and setting tables.
  • Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to all casino guests.
  • Completes assigned side work.
  • Must be knowledgeable on all health department regulations.
  • Must have valid food handler’s permit.
  • Must have valid title 4 training.
  • Must pass math exam.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.

EDUCATION AND/OREXPERIENCE:

· Two (2) years of restaurant experience required.

· Minimum of 1 year of food server experience in a highvolume restaurant.

Preference will be given to qualified applicants whoare members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, youmust submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.
