QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate and up to date training programs consistent with a wide range of FMYN business concerns.
  • Must have extensive experience in the creation of specific training programs including universal new hire orientation, high liability training, and required training courses.
  • Must present and create full session and micro session training courses to meet the flexible and varying needs of all FMYN staff.
  • Must have experience in budgeting, forecasting, pro forma development, scheduling and developing training calendars and schedules.
  • Must have extensive working knowledge and experience in researching a wide range of training topics and developing proprietary curriculum. 
  • Must have extensive experience in presenting training classes in a variety of learning formats and techniques.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent written and computer skills including data entry and report building abilities.
  • Must have excellent critical and creative thinking skills. 
  • Must have excellent classroom, organizational, and scheduling abilities. 
  • Must have an outstanding ability to interact with and mediate training with diverse employee base.
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (Including extensive background check).
  • Must be able to work in a casino (smoking) environment.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test 
  • Must be 21 or older

  EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of training experience with management and non-management personnel.

 

  • Must have conducted more than 10,000 classroom hours of training classes covering a wide variety of training topics.
