  •  Supervises and directs the areas of Transportation and Valet team members.
  • Assist Transportation Specialists in maintaining ongoing relationships with senior centers, department complexes, RV parks, hotels, resorts, etc.
  • Establish new route structures when required for the transportation department and negotiates transportation agreements and pricing to be provided for the Marketing Director’s review and approval.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of transportation carriers and cost accounting of each carrier.
  • Ability to work within annual assigned budget.
  • Review all transportation and valet related invoices prior to submitting them to Marketing Director for payment authorization.
  • Review and approve transportation and valet payroll ADP TimeSaver reports for accuracy of PTO entries, missed punch entries, and reviews the audit trail for manual entries.
  • Required to submit electronic signature to payroll after reviewing and approving the time cards.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Perform all functions in accordance with applicable state, federal and other laws and gaming regulations.
  • Maintains weekly reports on bus rider-ship and valet.
  • Responsible for maintaining monthly data for year-to-year comparisons.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director.
  • Responsible for meeting budget goals and continually following up with current clients to assure high quality of performance.
  • Strives to improve service levels of all staff and transportation carriers.
  • Works with all staff on current information and assists in their activities.
  • Job duties regularly exposes to outside weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100
  •  Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.



  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates Degree in Communications and Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Transportation and/or Customer Service Experience within a Casino/Resort environment
