Job Description


  • Warehouse Lead will oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods
  • Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met and takes responsibility for the security of the building and stock
  • Management of all inventory stored in main warehouse, updates to inventory system
  • Responsible for distribution of information to Purchasing on inventory levels and distribution of goods to departments 
  • Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse team. Warehouse Lead also oversees picking, packing and distribution activity.
  • Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork among the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met; training staff and monitoring their performance and progress
  • Communicates with other departments, staff groups and customers
  • Oversees stock control and processes orders, ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives.
  • Ensures the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
  • Oversees the planned maintenance of machinery and equipment in the warehouse
  • Must have valid title 4 training
  • Performs other related duties as required
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.


- Associates degree and three years of relevant warehouse experience ( including 1+ year of previous supervisory experience) or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience in the use of automated and computerized systems.
