Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

  • Assists the Warehouse Lead in the various activities in the Warehouse Department
  • Responsible for  receiving shipments through verifying packing lists and purchase orders
  • Responsible for outgoing shipments
  • Maintains the shipping and receiving log
  • Interfaces with the Purchasing Department for proper distribution and maintains the security of the warehouse.
  • Responsible for conducting inventories as assigned by the Warehouse Lead
  • Must possess strong communication and organization skills.
  • Must be able to work well with others and be flexible working in a stressful environment.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100
  • Utilizes forklifts and pallet jacks to safely and efficiently move inventory around warehouse and shipping facility
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Performs other related duties as required. 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse experience within a resort/casino desirable

Inventory control background helpful

Forklift experience preferred but not required

Knowledge of Microsoft Office desired
