Job Description


  • Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way

  • Under the direction of the Warehouse Lead, receives products, counts the product, verifies items received and when required weighs goods to validate invoice information
  • Checks the product for correctness/defects and records the information on prescribed documents
  • Assists in the return of defective materials
  • Advises the warehouse management of any invoice deviation, defective stock, miss-labeling, etc.
  • Maintains merchandise stock assortment in prescribed areas
  • Receives and processes warehouse products ( pick, unload, label, store)
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with employees within F&B
  • Cleans and maintains the work area.
  • Turn offs and lock outs equipment when not in use
  • Moves waste to dumpsters
  • Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs), operates forklift, trucks
  • Completes daily logs
  • Responsible for quality control. Ensures that no damaged product is sent out and no damaged raw material is accepted
  • Unloads raw materials from truck and moves raw materials to warehouse storage
  • Carries out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems.
  • Must have valid food handler’s certification and HACCP training
  • Must have a Forklift Operator’s Certification
  • Must be in compliance with pertinent OSHA safety regulations for job position
  • Must have valid title 4 training
  • Performs other related duties as required 
  • Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds
  • Exposed to dust/smoke and work in hot/cold temperatures for 34-66% of the work day
  • Balance, bend, crouch, use of ladder, reach stoop, twist and walk for 34-66% of the work day
  • Eye/hand coordination, handling and wrist motion for 34-66% of the work day
  • Sit for 1-33% of the work day
  • Exposed to high level of second hand smoke and noise daily, while working on the casino floor
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Must be 21 or older


- Minimum of one year experience in a warehouse position and/ or shipping/receiving or equivalent experience required
