Job Description

Requirements/Duties:

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas in restaurant and bathrooms prior to guest arrival.
  • Clean walls and sanitize counters, sinks, and toilets in all guest related areas.
  • Empty trash and clean cans as needed.
  • Keep all restrooms and guest areas clean and tidy throughout day.
  • Clean and wipe down patio tables and benches.
  • Keep delivery dock area clean and tidy.
  • Breakdown and discard empty boxes.
  • Ensure pots, pans and dishware are cleaned/sanitized and available as needed.
  • Keep sanitation solution at the proper levels at all time.
  • Assist in receiving and storage of food deliveries.
  • Assist with meetings, banquets and special events.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Treat all company property with care and respect.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with staff, management and guests.
  • Food Handler’s certification required, test will be administered at New Hire Orientation.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends and Holidays.
  • Must pass a background screening.
